Analysis of your IT spend
We review licences, contracts, cloud usage, support agreements and legacy systems in detail and show you where costs can be reduced without putting critical services at risk.
Five disciplines. One point of contact.
We cut IT costs, stabilise infrastructure and put AI to work where it pays off.
Petatec has worked with businesses since 2002. We support clients in the UK, Switzerland and Germany. Our five main areas are IT consulting, infrastructure and cloud, AI and automation, cybersecurity, and international IT operations. We also recruit IT specialists and help recruitment teams use MONA AI. We work with management, finance and IT teams to make sound technical and commercial decisions.
For business owners and finance leaders
Where your IT budget can work harder.
Unused cloud capacity, unsuitable licences and outdated contracts can add unnecessary cost. We review your spending, identify possible savings and help you make the changes. The potential depends on your systems and contracts.
Support in daily operations
When your IT team has more tasks than capacity, we extend your team. From 1st to 3rd level support, monitoring, backup or operational handover. As much or as little as makes sense for you.
Modernisation with a measured approach
We review cloud services, Microsoft 365, networks, security, servers and virtualisation. We plan changes that make your systems simpler and less costly to run. We agree safeguards for day-to-day operations before work starts.
Practical AI applications
Recruitment with MONA AI, reporting automation, document processing and system integrations. We deliver what actually returns hours in day-to-day work.
