    7. FEES AND PAYMENT

    11. INDEMNIFICATION

    You agree to indemnify and hold Petatec Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

    • Your use of the Service
    • Your violation of these Terms
    • Your violation of any rights of another party
    • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

    12. TERMINATION

    Either party may terminate the service relationship:

    • With written notice as specified in the service agreement
    • Immediately for material breach of these Terms
    • Immediately if required by law or regulatory authority

    Upon termination, you must cease using the Service and we will provide you with your data in a commonly used format, subject to any outstanding payment obligations.

    13. FORCE MAJEURE

    Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

    14. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

    The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

    • The Service will meet your specific requirements
    • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
    • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

    15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by:

    19. ASSIGNMENT

    You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any rights under these Terms without your consent to any affiliated entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
